The Foundation & The Movement
Introducing
The Trooper Ben #HelpMore Foundation is the organization — built to create real, tangible impact for individuals and communities.
#HelpMore is the call to action. The movement. The simple challenge to every person — to notice, to care, to listen, and to do something. Anywhere. Anytime. For anyone.
First Milestone Reached
Together, we crossed the first $10,000 in less than two months. There's no finish line at $10,000 — the mission continues. Partner with the foundation and help us keep going.

The goal was never simply to build an account.
The goal is to use those resources to help people. To support communities. To recognize people doing good work. To give someone a hand when it can make a difference.
And to keep building something that can help more people for years to come.
Long before the Trooper Ben #HelpMore Foundation became official, the mission was already in motion. These are real moments where showing up and doing something made a tangible difference for local organizations.

to Salina Food Bank
Trooper Ben donated nearly $3,000 to the Salina Food Bank — helping stock the shelves and feed families right here at home.

to Salina Shares
A second act of help before year-end — over $2,000 donated to Salina Shares, an organization serving neighbors in need across the community.
"You don't have to fix everything. You just have to do something."

Helping people recognize that their life has value.
Helping people move forward when life becomes difficult or uncertain.
Helping people find where they belong and how they can contribute.
The foundation exists to put resources back into people and communities — across four areas of service.
#HelpMore is not a program. It is a challenge — to every person, in every moment. It is the belief that you do not have to be extraordinary to make a difference. You just have to show up and do something.
We can notice people.
We can care more.
We can listen better.
We can choose to do good right where we are.
The foundation is one way #HelpMore is being put into action — but the idea is bigger than any organization. Do more. Help more. That is a choice anyone can make today.

See the people around you. Really see them. Notice when someone needs a word, a moment, or just a presence.
Choose to care more than you have to. Care about the outcomes, the people, and the moments most people walk past.
Put down the distractions. Give people the gift of being truly heard. Listening is one of the most powerful things a person can do.
You don't have to fix everything. You just have to do something. One act of help, one kind word, one moment of connection matters.
With the years I have left, I want to do more to help others move forward. That is what I envision the Trooper Ben #HelpMore Foundation to be.

Its purpose is simple. It will help individuals or organizations get tangible items that create opportunity and make a real difference. At times, one item, one need, or one act of support can help a person — or a group — become stronger and better.
That could mean helping a local organization get equipment they need to serve others. It could mean helping young people get the items they need so they can take part, feel included, and keep growing.
That is the mission.
On June 30th, Mary and I officially signed and began the foundation. That day, I placed $2,000 of my own money into it as the first seed money.
Over the weeks that followed, face-to-face talks with people and groups across the community turned that seed into something much bigger, much faster than I expected.
In less than two months, the foundation crossed its first $10,000 milestone — a mark that was expected to take years.
"It will happen. It will happen with the support of others, or if it has to, through me alone. It is going to happen."
— Trooper Ben
Built on Trust
I want people to know this will be handled the right way. I am partnering with the Greater Salina Community Foundation, which helps people start foundations in a trusted and accountable way.
If a person or organization wants to help support this foundation, there is now a proper avenue to do that — and they will receive the right tax documentation for their gift.
I want this foundation built on trust, accountability, and a real structure that allows it to grow the right way.
The first chapter is written. The next one starts now. If this speaks to your heart the way it does mine, I hope you'll keep following along as this foundation continues to grow.
Because a little help at the right time can change everything.
Be safe,
Trooper Ben
